  • Develop and execute effective sales and account strategies to achieve or exceed revenue, volume, and gross profit targets across indirect and alternate channels.
  • Manage and grow medium to large key accounts, including expanding existing portfolios, introducing new products, and delivering strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Translate global strategies into locally relevant plans, driving short- and long-term growth and profitability within the Australian market.
  • Lead end-to-end account management, including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, margin management, and ROI optimisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with customer teams to ensure seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Contribute to overall segment strategy by providing market insights, leading business reviews, and supporting the National Sales Manager on commercial and strategic priorities.

For this role as the Key Account Manager - Indirect & Alternate Channels we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a Regional Account Manager or Key Account Management role.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales execution with a focus on driving growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all business activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with sound analytical and reporting skills.
