Global Strategic Sourcing Manager – External Manufacturing

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Global Strategic Sourcing Director and lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across key External Manufacturing (EM) categories, covering an annual spend of up to €200 million. You’ll help shape the future of our EM strategy by focusing on productivity, supplier relationships, and developing a make vs. buy framework for EM categories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies and track benefits realization.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement total cost of ownership savings across categories.
- Lead the Global EM agenda with regional Procurement teams and central functions.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and ensure flawless contract execution.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in External Manufacturing or Direct Materials categories, with a total of 15+ years in Procurement.
  • A strong track record of delivering top-tier cost and cash results.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams focused on cost ownership.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in demanding environments.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
